We know that losing someone can feel overwhelming, and it isn't always easy to know what to do first. From the moment you contact us, we'll take care of your loved one with dignity and respect, while guiding you through each step of the arrangements at a pace that feels right for you.
Spending time with your loved one
Whether or not to spend time with someone after they have died is a deeply personal decision. There's no right or wrong choice – it's about what feels right for you.
If you would like to visit your loved one, we can arrange this in our private and peaceful remembrance room. In some circumstances, it may also be possible for them to remain at home before the funeral. We'll talk you through the options and help you decide what's best.
We can also offer advice and support on sharing the news with family, friends and the wider community.
